How can I track my order?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an email with your order number and receipt. You will receive another email when your order has been given to the shipping company. Aras Kargo will then provide you with tracking information for your order.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

What cargo company will deliver my parcel?

All our deliveries are made with Aras Kargo. They will update you on your delivery once your order has been dispatched.

How much does shipping cost?

 1500 TL ve üzeri siparişleriniz ücretsiz kargo ile gönderilir. You will be charged 80TL if your order is under 1500TL.

Unfortunately we do not allow exchanges for our items. You may return and re-order your new item.
